Follow the below steps

1. Go to https://mailadmin.zoho.com
2. you must have admin privilege account
3. If you are not login, login with admin privilege account
4. Click users in left pan
5. Click the user you want to activate ActiveSync option
6. Click Mailbox Settings
7. Click Mailbox Actions
8. Then turn on ACTIVESYNC
9. Then run control panel from your client windows device
10. Click user accounts
11. Click Mail (Microsoft Outlook)
12. Click Email Accounts...
13. Click New
14. Click Manual setup or additional server types then click next
15. Choose Exchange ActiveSync then click next
16. Enter your client Nick Name in Your Name
17. Enter your client Email in Email Address
18. Enter msync.zoho.com in Server Information
19. Enter Enter your client password then click next
20. Click close then click finish then click close
21. Open your client outlook
22. Test and Enjoy
